LAYOUT

This yacht is very very comfortable and set up for family & friends use. You can enter the boat from the large swim platform with moveable stainless steel staples that can be moved for easy access to the swim step. On this level is a large lazarette for storage and access to the water heaters. Go up the salon deck from either side. The side decks on this level are wide and deep for comfort and safety to access the forward part of the deck. On the foredeck you will find a sun pad and windlass with chain locker access. The anchor system has a wash down. On the aft deck you will enjoy a fully covered aft deck with large teak table that will seat  6/8 . There is a day head and freshwater sink in this area. You will find the access to the aft crew quarter  under the aft stairs going to the bridge. Moving forward you enter the ballroom sized salon thru large stainless doors. If you opened these doors you create an indoor/outdoor space that is all on the same level from the pilothouse helm chair to the aft table on the back deck. It is one of the most friendly day use layouts you will find on a yacht. The salon is finished in a beautiful cherry wood finish . The salon layout has two very long built in settee’s with  a coffee table at each. Across from the settee’s is a bar that seats four. Ahead of the bar is a formal dining area  that will seat up to six. Across from the formal dining area is the large and well-equipped galley with an island prep area. The galley has a stovetop and oven, Microwave oven, trash compactor, double door stainless frig/freezer with water and ice in the door. The granite counter tops and stainless steel sinks are easy to care for. You will find plenty of storage. Ahead of the galley is the pilothouse with single helm chair and twin settees for guests and twin side doors for easy access to the side decks. This deck is surrounded with large viewing windows to make a light and airy feeling

BELOW DECKS

There are two entries to the lower decks. The stairs out of the Pilothouse forward access to the three guest staterooms. The VIP has a center line King size bunk, ensuite , as well as a Queen stateroom ensuite and a side-by-side single stateroom . From the salon you will find a separate set of steps for a private entry to the Master. The Master full beam master stateroom is located in the mid part of the boat.  The room is equipped with amenities like a King bed, His and Hers heads with a tub shower in the center, large hanging lockers, small settee, several drawers and entertainment center.

UPPER BRIDGE

The bridge is huge!  Two sun pads flank the helm. The helm seat is a bench for three. The large “L” settee and table are a great place for everyone to be during a sunny day's run to fun. Farther aft of the settee is Toy Land. You will find a BBQ, Hot Tub , Jet Ski, and large tender with hydraulic davit. The double radar arch comfortably holds all the navigation and Sat T.V. gear.

ENGINE ROOM

You can well expect the layout of the engine room is easy to get around for easy servicing of the equipment. It is full stand up and well lighted . Your crew will love it.
