Mitchell 31 Mk 4 - New arrival

The Mitchell 31 Mk4 Classique is a powerful four berth motor cruiser with a long and distinguished pedigree. Built in 2005 and first launched 2006. The Mitchell 31 Mk 4 is a development of the world renowned Mitchell Mk 3 but with the extended deck accommodation. The vessel is powered by a single Perkins Sabre 300 H.P. Diesel engine ( 610 hours logged ) with a maximum speed of 16 knots.

Accommodation is for four persons in two cabins
The forward cabin has two single berths in the usual 'V' configuration. These berths will convert to a large double berth when required.
The head and shower compartment is aft of the forward cabin and to port.
Large hanging locker to starboard.
Heated wet locker.
The command position, navigational station, dinning area and galley are all within the saloon.
The helm complete with helm seat is to port with the navigators seat and chart table to starboard.
The dining area is to starboard and will seat a full crew.
The interior carpets are blue with matching blue upholstery and curtains. All soft furnishings are unmarked and in very good condition.
The galley is to port and local to the dining area for ease of catering and entertaining. Equipped with pressurized hot and cold fresh water. Mixer tap to a stainless steel sink, two ring gas cooker with grill and oven. Refrigeration is by Isotherm.
The head is fitted with a sea toilet, shower and wash hand basin. Pressurized hot and cold fresh water, shower seat, mirror and stowage facilities.All surfaces are white and easy clean.
Webasto warm air central heating.
