This is a very clean vessel located in  Grenada.  The vessel has had very good care and the owner is motivated to sell.

Luxurious accommodations offering 4 berths in 2 cabins with full standing headroom throughout, the salon could also be utilized to provide further berths if necessary.  Steps lead up to the light and comfortable salon which also includes the interior helm station.  With wheel and instruments to starboard, there is a large U-shaped dinette to port, with a small icemaker to starboard aft of the steering station.  Entertainment system includes radio, cassette and CD player.  The interior is finished with high quality cabinetry and upholstery.  With the exception of the galley and heads, the boat is carpeted throughout.  There is a pressurized hot and cold water system to all basins.  Climate control is achieved with 3 electric heaters (one per cabin plus one in the salon), and 2 reversible air A/C units.  The forward cabin has a large double berth with hanging and storage lockers.  A ventilation/access hatch to the foredeck, an ensuite head to starboard and a shared master bath/shower to port.  The guest cabin is located to port and aft of the master bath, a double berth with hanging locker and storage.  The ensuite head is equipped with a basin and a Jabsco head, the master bath with access from both stateroom is equipped with a basin, Jabsco head and tub with shower.
