Bavaria 35 Exclusive - New arrival

Bavaria 35 Exclusive in very good condition. 1st owner from new, 750 engine hours only. First water landing 1997. Lead keel, teak deck in good! condition, diesel heater, hot water, autopilot, plotter and more. Very nice mahogany interior (this craftmanship is not to find on a modern mass production sailboat). Good and seagoing sailer. In the nineties Bavaria production was under supervision of Germanischer Lloyd. 

Hervorragend gepflegte Bavaria 35 Exclusive aus 1. Hand. Erstwasserung 1997. U.a. Bleikiel, Teakdeck in gutem! Zustand, Dieselheizung, Warmwasser, Autopilot, Plotter usw. Qualitativ sehr wertiger Mahagoni-Ausbau in Top-Zustand. Solides und seegängiges Boot, guter Segler, noch unter Serienbauaufsicht des Germanischen Lloyd gebaut. Komplettes und segelklares Boot, kein Investitionsstau. Nur ca. 750 Motorstunden.

2 dubble cabins + 2 bed in saloon. Lot of lockers. Toilet room with big open locker for wet clothes. Hull windows in front cabin and saloon ( to open). Curtains and roller curtains for hatches. Relatively light inside, nice woodwork.

Regulair engine service and maintenance. 2 blade fix propeller. Very clean engine.

Sails original and in good condition. Rodkicker (fix boomvang). Cockpit adjustable genoa sheet blocks.

Thank to careful maintenance the teak deck has good thickness and still looks very nice. Teak in cockpit. Cockpit table teak. Spring cleats, all 6 cleats stainl steel. Cockpit shower. Leather on steering wheel. Fenders with shock arresters. More loose equipment.

No CE. Boat was built before CE introduction in 1998.
