Vineyard Vixen 34

OTTER is a very special traditional yacht in absolute turn-key condition.  She has the gorgeous lines of the classic double-ender and is the kind of boat you row away from with great pride of ownership.   Otter's currrent owner has lavished upgrades and maintained her to the highest standards since he bought her in 1991.  She has enjoyed heated indoor storage and the best professional care.

Significant upgrades include an In-Boom furling main which is managed by an electric winch.   Also, the hull and deck have been painted in Awl Grip and with the exterior teak varnished to a high gloss, the boat looks brand new.   A Yanmar diesel was installed by the builder in 1994 and looks like new.

Call today for a chance to see the classic beauty and take advantage of this owner's care and thoughfulness.   Otter is highly recommended.    The owner is motivated to sell and has just lowered the price by $10,000 - again.   This is a great value and you will not be disappointed in viewing her.

Otter is a very traditional cruising boat with a lovely aesthetic appeal.  Down below you will find a large vee berth with insert in a private forward cabin.  There is an overhead deck hatch and two opening portlights in this space for air and light.   There are a number of drawers and bins and storage under the berth.   Full length shelves and teak slats lines the hull sides.

Just aft to port is a large cedar-lined hanging locker.  Across to port is the head with Wilcox Crittendon manual marine toilet, brushed stainless steel sink, hot and cold pressure water and shower.  There is an opening port in the head and a teak grate.

The main salon has straight settees that pull out to single berths.  There is a single pilot berth outboard to port and lockers and a bookcase to starboard.  A two-leaf table hinges up out of the way and down to sit six for dinner.  A solid fuel cabin heater is mounted on the forward bulkhead.

The galley is just aft to port and features a three burner CNG stainless stove with oven and broiler.  There is a large ice box, stainless steel sink, hinged counter extension, and plenty of storage.

Across to port is an aft facing nav station with bottle storage under.   A VHF radio, GPS chartplotter, and stereo are mounted here.   A wet locker is open to the companionway and there is an electrical panel and breaker switches under the companionway bridgedeck overhang.
