1968 164' classic steel mega motor yacht "THEA". Beautiful classic style and luxury can be yours in this highly appointed yacht designed in the style of the best luxury hotel. Natural oak with custom furniture and finishings are the norm. Formally named "Donapila II", "Myrna", "Yanka", "Derama" and "Rama." "Thea" returned to the builder's yard, Arsenal Do Alfeite (Portugal), in 1999 for a refit where several electrical and mechanical components were modernized. Recently, she has also received new bottom inspections and coatings and will be R.I.N.A. certified.
On board are vast libraries of engineering drawings, specification books, fuel consumption graphs and yard bills that document special history. "Thea" boasts many redundant systems and toughened naval type construction hidden beneath her sumptuous appearance. Configured for comfortable cruising with 11 master and guest berths, all with en suite head facilities, and crew accommodations for 11, “Thea” is a palatial treat on the sea.

A few years ago Thea also had a major bottom overhaul (S.A.2.5 blast on the 9 mm warship steel hull which is galvanized), tail shafts were pulled and blood inspected, changed A frame Thordon bearings on the tail shafts, the hull below the waterline was fully ultrasonically tested, etc. etc. This was done in the Manoel Island Yacht Yard (which is owned by the Malta Dockyards).
