Broward Cockpit My

SALACIA represents one of the most highly customized, 24' wide beam Browards ever built featuring  rare full walk-around decks and sports cockpit. She went through a total refit in 2012 to include high style contemporary interior with all new soft goods and totally restyled flybridge to include new teak decking, comfortable seating and oversized jacuzzi. Her four stateroom layout features a full width king master with His & Her marble bath, two queen guest staterooms and one twin, all with ensuite heads and entertainment centers.

Powered by DDEC 16V-92's which were rebuilt last year, she features all of the large yacht options two include Northern Light 55KW generators, stabilizers, bow thruster, watermaker, tender & two  waverunners.

SALACIA represents one of the finest examples of Broward's successful 24' beam series.  She accommodates up to eight guests in four luxurious staterooms along with room for five crew in forward crew quarters.  The vessel is accessed through either the starboard entrance into the main foyer or through the port entrance which proved access to the galley or forward dining salon.

On the main deck forward is the large country kitchen with center island housing a prep sink and disposal.  Forward is a wrap-around settee with a custom cherry table.  Also, there is a painted wall mural which conceals the doors and access to a large pantry.  To port forward is the spiral staircase granting access to the crew quarters.

Aft of the galley to starboard is an oversized day head featuring a unique copper pedestal with a blue glass sink and glass counter.  Further aft to starboard and up three steps is access to the pilothouse, which has been customized to feature oversized windows providing a 270 degree view.  Continuing further aft is the companionway and stairwell down to the owner's and guest staterooms.

Aft of the stairwell is the dining salon which features a glass dining table with seating for eight. To starboard si a custom built maple buffet and forward is additional storage.  Aft of the dining salon is the main salon which provides comfortable seating for nine.  Opposite of the conversation area is a bar with seating and a complete entertainment center equipped with Toshiba 32" TV, DVD/CD, and satellite TV.  The oversized windows offers an unobstructed view from any seating position.  The two areas are visually separated by the overhead which conceals the air conditioning system. 

Aft, out the salon, is the aft deck featuring Tricomfort teak dining table for eight,  seating area and built-in refrigerator to port along with a flat screen TV mounted above.  There is a stainless steel spiral staircase leading to the boat deck. The cockpit is accessed by stairs both port and starboard and features storage, folding med-style passarelle, centerline transom door, teak gunnels with rod holders and engine room access through a centerline watertight door and hatch.

SALACIA is a very clean an updated vessel with no expenses having been spared by the owner.  All headliners in the yacht have been replaced along with new carpeting throughout.  All interior varnish has been redone along with new exterior canvas and covers and Bimini top.
