The guest cabin is most forward .  The accommodation offers adult sized upper and lower bunks, a large hanging locker, outboard shelves and an ensuite head with a stall shower. 

Next aft is a galley and dinette which are down from the main salon area.  This area is light and airy because it is open to the main salon ( a few steps above).  The dinette is large and has new upholstry..... This area seats six. The U shaped galley is located to starboard it is compact and very practical.. There is a new refrigerator (2012) with icemaker , electric 3 burner stove top, a microwave /convection oven is under . Gernerous storage space allows room for dry goods , dishes and misc. utensils

Entering the salon from the aft deck is via custom teak companionway steps .  The spacious area is nicely appointed with an L shaped convertible sofa to starboard,  and a bucket chair to port.  Good storage space is provided on the port side of the saloon by cupboards ,  The entertainment area includes a flat screen TV , DVD vcr player Set up for Direct satellite Dish reception , and a AM/RM radio . cassette player. The carpet is in excellent condition and the wood work is flawless. 

Aft and three steps down from the main salon is the beautiful master cabin.  This area is rich in storage space and very comfortable..  There is a queen island berth. door to the cockpit with custom screen sliding door with an ensuite head and stall shower .

The aft deck is fully enclosed, along with wing doors to the foredeck aft companionway to the cockpit area . This is a great entertaining area with a beverage cooler wet bar, indoor / outdoor carpeting,dining table and love seat and occasional chairs. .

The fully enclosed Flybridge is a few steps up and forward.  The helm is centered forward with two pedestal helm seats..   The controls and electronics are nicely installed  All additional seating is cushioned with new pads (2012)

The side decks are wide and easy to get around , the foredeck is clean and uncluttered. 

The aft cockpit has a transom door opening to the fiberglass swim platform. It is fully bolstered around the upper cockpit gunwales. with a varnished teak cap rail      There is also a companionway to the aft cabin  This boat has been beautifully cared for and is in turn key condition

The engine room is clean and roomy with a crawl in access door from the galley..   The Twin / Caterpillar  3208TA engines are turbo charged and fitted with Walker Airsepts, Racor 1000MA water separator filter systems. ( the actual hours are between  1800 and 1900 due to an hour meter change... the seller can document) ..  The transmissions are Twin Disc MGBV507  2.54 :1The generator is a  12.5 kw Onan with an oil change system and appx 2000 hours. 

There are 3 reverse cycle CruisairAir conditioning / heat systems on board . The forward cabin 16000 btu system is NEW 2008.  Main Salon is 28000 btu new in 2009 and the aft cabin is 16000btu system new in 2010.  

The batteries are new 2010 and two in 2013 .
