Water Dog is Limestone Express Cruiser 24 designed by Mark Ellis and built by Mederios in Canada. 

The Limestone 24 hull, custom built in Canada, possesses such exceptional performance in all conditions that many were built for The Royal Canadian Mounted Police, The Ontario Provincial Police, Metro Toronto Police, the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and the Canadian Coast Guard. Her deep V sections and proper lift strips bring her to a quick plane. This becomes fuel efficient as this hull stays on a plane at lower speeds than most boats this size. In addition, she is a comfortable, responsive and dry.  Her interior has standing headroom both in the galley and the enclosed head.  The sleeping area has sitting headroom and excellent storage everywhere.

Since each Limestone built can be customized to the buyer, each boat may have custom features such as found on Water Dog. Her custom instrument panel houses extra navigational instrumentation. There is a bow thruster, custom extended anchor sprit with electric windless, swim platform, radar mounted on a custom arch and much more.

Watch Dog is powered by a Volvo-Penta 5.7 Osxi 320 h.p stern drive with dual props. 

The Medeiros Limestone 24 Express is a cruiser that's comfortable, responsive and dry. Her interior has standing headroom both in the galley and in the enclosed head. There's a 6-foot 6-inch V-berth, a removable pedestal table, four portlights, dome lights, and an opening hatch. On deck, the hardware is all stainless steel and through-bolted, the navigation lights are all recessed and there's a windshield wiper at the helm.

Designed for excellent seakeeping characteristics and built to proper shipwright standards, the clean functional appearance has become a classic in its own time. Limestones are built to prevail in the most adverse conditions; all equipment and construction is designed to meet and exceed US and Canadian Coast Guard standards.

The hull and deck construction consists of alternate layers of hand-laid fiberglass mat and roving over a special end-grain balsa core. Laminated stringers and floors are also overlaid with mat and roving. The hull and deck are hand sealed and fastened together using stainless steel bolts, nuts, and washers. The stability and seaworthiness of Limestone stems from their custom construction and their special deep-V hull. The 22-degree deadrise and detailed wide lift strips raise the boat quickly to an easy plane at low RPMs. This is both comfortable and fuel efficient.
