This boat was designed and constructed to take the beauty of the classic mahogany runabout, and bring it to the saltwater environment without all the hassles.  From the 20 degree deadrise, that provides a soft and dry ride, to the clear coat on the hull and deck, giving the boat years of trouble free service with a minimum of maintenance, and the all stainless steel hardware which resists staining and pitting.

When we started planning this boat, our goal was to create a classic looking mahogany runabout. But with the use of all modern materials and components and advances in hull design we wanted to put together a boat that would ride proper, even in adverse conditions. And have a much longer life, easier on service and maintenance, than the classics of yesteryear.  From day one, focus was on combining form and function, and thus create a vessel that would never go out of style, last for generations, and would make the owner fall in love a little more with every use. We believe we have accomplished that. We hear it all day long at boat shows, people immediately recognize the beauty of the lines, the simplicity of the hardware choices and layout, but we also know that the lucky owner will come to appreciate the boat more over the years, both because it truly is an easy boat to own, but also because the ride is very comfortable and the maneuverability is superior to its competition. As well as being pleasing to the eye.
