DOUBLE CABIN                  

Spacious double cabin in the bow. Centreline island double berth and two drawers beneath, two lift-top bins in side shelving, a large, shelved clothes locker to port and a cedar lined hanging locker to starboard with a vanity mirror. The deck is accessible via the fore hatch.

 

TWIN CABIN                      

With upper and lower berths, hull side lockers for clothes, a bedside cabinet, double drawers and a large cedar lined hanging locker. There are lockers beneath the lower berth, accessed either via removable lids in the bunk top, or a drop front locker in the berth front. A vanity mirror is fitted on the bulkhead.

 

HEADS                               

Forward cabins share a large WC compartment to starboard, accessed from the passageway, incorporating a Tecma silence electric fresh-water flush toilet, with emergency seawater changeover, washbasin and separate shower stall. There is an upper locker with a mirrored door and stowage beneath the basin, and heated towel rail.

                                         

GALLEY                              

To port of the cockpit, in the passageway to the aft cabin. All galley surfaces are covered with satin finish Avonite and incorporate fiddles with Avonite upstands. . There are routered grooves in the worktop for drainage into the sinks. A large rubbish bin is fitted inside a locker door adjacent to the sinks. Jabsco carbon water filter on galley cold supply.  Ample stowage for crockery, etc. Large locker fitted out with shelves and baskets for additional galley stowage. Removable panels for access to the engine compartment located under sinks. Stainless steel rack in hullport for storage jars and knife rack mounted aft of sink.

SALOON

The saloon features a rectangular table and a large settee area to port, outboard of which are a pair of lockers and a central shelf to the hull port. The table top with cherry with a black inlay line and two cut out grab handles. Two directors chairs upholstered in Alcantara provide extra seating whilst in harbour. To starboard is a three seater, L– shaped settee. The starboard saloon lockers are customized for the Alpine, FM radio / CD player with iPod docking station for the cockpit. The hull port area is customized to take a flat screen Sony KDL-26EX320 26” TV on an electric lift connected to Alpine touch screen Mobile Media Station (DVD/ CD/ tuner) and iPod docking station. Bottle stowage is in the saloon table pedestal. A U line icemaker is located in the forward locker.

Access to the saloon from the companionway is down a set of shaped timber steps and stainless steel frame, with timber grab handles to either side of the                                                   companionway opening.

NAVIGATION AREA             

The chart area is at the aft starboard end of the saloon. Its layout allows for instruments to be mounted in the optimum viewing position for ease of reading. The table can accommodate a half-folded Admiralty chart. There is a good bookshelf outboard of this for the Nautical Almanac and Pilot books. AC and DC electrical panels are located behind the navigator’s seat and fitted with hanging, acrylic doors to protect the switches from being accidentally operated. There are two drawers beneath the chart table.

 

4th CABIN                           

Designed as a workshop, featuring a white mica top covered with a heavy-duty black rubber mat which can be converted to a single berth with mattress split athwart ships. Excellent stowage in lockers beneath, including chart drawer.  Watermaker and Racor filters are located in lower locker on aft bulkhead with additional storage in locker above.  Access to main engine.

 

ENGINE ROOM                   

The engine room is insulated with a composite of foam and high density polymer sound absorbing materials, with an overall panel thickness of 40mm. All access panels are fitted with rubber sealing strips to minimize noise and secured by positive catches. Extra shelves with fiddles have been installed for storage.

 

OWNER’S STATEROOM        

The aft cabin is configured with a centreline double berth with sprung mattress, complete with two deep drawers for bedding beneath. To port there is a large cedar lined hanging locker, two shelves with sliding door fronted lockers and a bedside shelf with locker beneath. To starboard there is another cedar lined hanging locker, a large shelf with 6 drawers and 2 lockers and a bed side shelf with locker beneath. There is a 2 brick safe with digital keypad and a full length mirror mounted on the heads door. SonyKDL-24EX320 24” TV connected to Alpine touch screen Mobile Media station (DVD / CD/ Tuner) and iPod docking station with 2 Boston headlining speakers.

 

EN SUITE HEADS                

From this cabin there is access to the aft en-suite head to starboard, which incorporates a Tecma silence electric fresh-water flush toilet, washbasin and separate shower stall, stowage beneath the basin and a mirrored locker above as well as a heated towel rail.
