This yacht is scheduled to ship to Ft Lauderdale December 15th.  It was ordered by a high end home builder who has previously built in the same yard.  The boat is being offered for sale by the owner who spared no expense in upgrading every aspect of the yachts details.  The interior joinery is superb and will exceed expectations.  The layout offers a spacious aft deck with table, settee, bar and exterior day head as well as stairs up to the boat deck.  Entering from the aft deck you will find a spacious main salon that features an electric fireplace and rich walnut detailing.  Forward of the main salon is the dining room with ample drawers and storage cabinets.  Forward of the dining room is the grand stair case which is a focal point and key design element.  The styling and execution is artful and functional as it should be.  You can go down to the full beam width master, plus two other guest staterooms or up to the sky lounge and bridge.  Forward from the dinning room there is access to the galley on port and a formal hall way to starboard.  In the wall way there is the second day head on the main deck and all the way forward there is a ships desk, access to the media room which is all the way forward and a staircase down to an enormous VIP suite that features a king size bed.  The galley is rather large and offered granite counter tops, a settee dinette and top of the line appliances that will impress you.  There is ample storage and work space.  When the cocktail ends up in the galley no one will be disappointed! 

The Sky Lounge is full beam width and features a bar and another day head.  Aft of the Sky Lounge is a huge boat deck with deck crane and ample space for dingy and top storage.  From this deck you can go up another stair case to the fly bridge which features a helm station as well as settees and tables and sun lounging areas.  Forward of the Sky Lounge you will find an impressive bridge fully equipped with electronics.  You can exit from either side of the PH and so forward to a small seating area or down to the foredeck that features another seating area just aft of the windlass. 

The crew quarters can be accessed from either the main deck or from the swim platform.  It features a large crew common area and galley as well as two sleeping cabins, one with a queen and one with bunks for two people.  Forward from the crew space is the engine room.  The engine room is well laid out with great access to all equipment and amazing head room. 

Throughout this entire vessel there is much better than average headroom so you will not have to worry about tall friends hitting there heads.
