Abeking & Rasmussen Yawl

 This vessel has no peers afloat and she is a prime example of a gilded age yacht: fast, luxurious, comfortable at sea.  

Built by Abeking & Rasmussen in 1912 for Baron Von Dazur, this vessel became famous for its ownership. 

In 2009, the currents owners began a complete restoration and refit of this classic and storied yacht. Massimo Paperini of Duck Design led a team of highly skilled craftsmen to bring her back to her original splendor. No expense or detail was spared.

Duck Design made sure to pay close attention to the original designs, actively collaborating with Abeking & Rasmussen, in order to make sure the restoration stayed true to the spirit of a classic yacht, but while also offering unobtrusive modern amenities, such as an updated galley and modern heads.
