Christensen Tri-Deck My

This 135' Christensen TDMY, ATLANTICA, is a beautiful yacht from every angle, which was totally refit in 2012/13.  It has an enclosed aft deck and a skylounge deck tucked under the extended boat deck on the flybridge.  The "enclosed" look of ATLANTICA minimizes the Tri-Deck height and makes her appear longer.  The entire forward section of the main deck is the Master Suite.  You enter via the main foyer on the starboard side.  The foyer has a beautiful Mahogany staircase accessing the skylounge and the guest quarters below.  There is a day head just forward of the stairway.

As you go aft, you enter the dining area and main salon.  Beyond the enclosed aft deck with twin stairs leading down to a large swim platform which is half hidden behind the extended topsides which flow into a reversed transom.  This is also where one enters the engine room.  The decks are all teak and there are 7" teak caprails and handrails throughout.

Forward from the aft deck on the port side is a stairway to the Pilothouse deck.  Beyond this stairway, you enter the port foyer.  To your immediate right is the entry to the Galley; forward is a stairway to the crew's quarters.  Below decks to the right is a service passageway to the guest quarters.  Forward there is a full laundry to starboard and a large pantry with two Amana freezers to port.  Moving forward to the engineer's cabin is to the port and the crew's lounge is to the starboard.  Forward are two double cabins, each with ensuite heads and showers. In Oct. 2012, ATLANTICA completed a new Awlgrip, Matterhorn white paint job with navy and gold boot top at LMC in Ft. Lauderdale.  In addition, she received a new bottom job, new A/C chillers, new shore power converter, new exterior cushions, new 18' Novurania tender and more!  In 2013, her interior was redone with all new soft goods, new carpeting, etc., rebuilt generators, A/C system and waverunners. This vessel has been maintained to the highest in yachting standards by a knowledgeable owner, captain and crew and shows in pristine condition!

ATLANTICA is a magnificent, custom yacht from every angle. Built to full ABS classification by Christensen Shipyard with an interior designed by Don Starkey.  Her major refit in 2012/13 includes new exterior paint,  new interior soft goods, carpeting, rebuilt generators, A/C system, upgraded audio/visual systems throughout, just to name a few. This vessel features a five stateroom layout including a full width, main deck, master suite with His and Her bath.  The formal main foyer is accessed on the starboard side of vessel and features a beautiful mahogany staircase to the skylounge and bridge and descends to guest quarters below.  There is a day head just forward of the stairway.
 
As you continue aft, you enter the dining area and main salon featuring beautiful, rich mahogany joinery, formal dining area for twelve and ample seating in the salon.  The aft deck has twin spiral stairs leading down to a large swim platform with access to the water and engine room.  The decks are all teak and there are 7" teak caprails and handrails throughout.
 
Forward from the aft deck on the port side is a stairway to the pilothouse.  Beyond the stairway you enter the port foyer.  To starboard is entry to the galley, service passage to master and forward is a stairwell to the crew's quarters.  Below deck is a service passageway to the guest accommodations.  Forward there is a full laundry to starboard and a large pantry with two Amana freezers to port.  Moving forward is the engineer's cabin and the crew lounge to starboard.  Forward are two double cabins each with ensuite heads and showers.
 
Below deck you will find three guest staterooms with queen berths and one with twin berths.  All staterooms feature new soft goods, upgraded entertainment systems and private baths.  A full size washer/dryer is located in the foyer and is concealed behind a decorative wall mural. 

The magnificent skylounge features a full wet bar and comfortable seating along with access to the upper aft deck providing a more intimate setting.  Up to the spacious flybridge which is equipped with a circular Jacuzzi/hot tub with perimeter bar, BBQ grill, ample seating areas and recessed flat screen TV with Kaleidescape and Crestron system built into the hardtop. There is a helm station equipped with engine controls, full array of electronics and captain and two helm chairs.  The boat deck features water toys to include 18' Novurania tender, two Sea Doo's and glass bottom Kayaks.  Further aft, is a large sunlounge area completing the outdoor accommodations.

In addition, ATLANTICA is continually updating and improving her equipment and systems. In late 2011, she received a complete W6 service maintenance on her main engines, overhauled to zero hours.  In Oct. 2012, the vessel completed a new Awlgrip, Matterhorn white paint job with navy and gold boot top at Lauderdale Marine Center in Ft. Lauderdale.
