Birchwood Ts44 Flybridge/Pilothouse Motor Yacht

The Birchwood 44 is a British built boat with excellent design and quality of construction that not only looks great but is a high performance yacht. This design has made great use of space both above and below decks with three cabins, two heads, a spacious salon, galley, flybridge and usable deck space.

The following is the layout of this 44’ Birchwood Yacht:
In the forepeak is the chain locker followed aft is the master stateroom with queen bed with hanging locker, cabinets and drawers and an ensuite head with shower. Further aft is guest quarters on starboard with 2 single berths, hanging locker, cabinets and drawers. To port is a stateroom with a double bed, hanging locker, cabinets and drawers and ensuite head with shower. Up steps to the main deck is the portside Pilothouse helm station with a large bench style helm seat. To starboard of the helm station is the very large chart table and a door to walk out to the side decks, forward and aft.  Aft of the helm station is the main salon with portside leather sofa and chair and starboard side is the galley and 32' TV. The aft deck has wrap around seating with stairs that lead to the flybirdge that has abundant seating, steering and instrumentation.
