The seventh of only seven semi custom built Blue Water yachts designed by Laurent Giles and built by Moody on a GRP hull and deck to Lloyds 100A1. Launched in 1983, Raised saloon with helm plus aft cockpit, sleeps 8 in four cabins. Encapsulated medium length keel. Atlantic circuit with previous owner and extensive refit in 2014 but to powerful for present OAP owners.

Moody 52 Ketch. With an Atlantic circuit under her encapsulated keel, this substantial GRP yacht built by AH Moody to Lloyds 100A1 standards was launched in 1983. The raised saloonwith internal helm offers an alternative during inclement weather conditions to the generous aft cockpit helm.

Theyacht has extensive seagoing equipment and all the expected amenities needed for comfortable long distancecruising.

Designed by Laurence Giles she sails well and the devided rig makes for easy of sail handling.

The yacht has been subject on an extensive winter refit 2014 however proves to be too powerful for the OAP owners who now need somethin smaller for local sailing. They are also up for a 36-38 powerboat. Located West coast of scotland.
