A charming boat, the hull being reminsiscent of a Broom, with an interior refit having recently been undertaken to a good standard by the current owner. This includes woodwork and all soft furnishings and as a result the boat is light, airy and roomy inside. Sleeping accommodation comprises 2 x double berths in separate cabins fore and aft; the forward cabin with adjacent day heads, the aft with ensuite heads including shower.

She is plumbed for a holding tank but none is currently installed.

The boat was designed as a navigational instruction vessel and so has a chart table, complete with radar, forward of the saloon, while the main helm position is sited outside on the after deck. 

She's powered by 2 x 135hp Ford Mermaid engines which start easily and with virtually no smoke from cold; she'll cruise at a comfortable 10 Kts, top speed is around 14Kts.

She's recently been out of the water, hull checked, antifouled, props and shafts polished. New anodes. Ready to go.
